Your comment reminded me of a bit of movie trivia. If you’ve seen “Sexy Beast”, a British gangster film with Ray Winstone and Ben Kingsley, you’ll get it right away. If not, see it soon, it’s an excellent film.

The bit of trivia is that Ben Kingsley plays a psychotic Cockney criminal (pardon the redundancy), plays it to the hilt, and said later he based the character’s behavior partly on his grandmother. Watching tells you why the normal reaction to that tidbit of info from Sir Ben is, “Holy shit! His *grandmother*?!”

    Bat fish.

They’re fun to catch and play with while waiting for trunklines to depressurize at -500′ or so.
