More murders, thanks to the US government

One of the guns used in the November 13, 2015 Paris terrorist attacks came from Phoenix, Arizona where the Obama administration allowed criminals to buy thousands of weapons illegally in a deadly and futile “gun-walking” operation known as “Fast and Furious.”

A Report of Investigation (ROI) filed by a case agent in the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives (ATF) tracked the gun used in the Paris attacks to a Phoenix gun owner who sold it illegally, “off book,” Judicial Watch’s law enforcement sources confirm. Federal agents tracing the firearm also found the Phoenix gun owner to be in possession of an unregistered fully automatic weapon, according to law enforcement officials with firsthand knowledge of the investigation.

The ATF ran the Fast and Furious experiment and actually allowed criminals, “straw purchasers,” working for Mexican drug cartels to buy weapons at federally licensed firearms dealers in Phoenix and allowed the guns to be “walked”—possessed without any knowledge of their whereabouts. The government lost track of most of the weapons and many have been used to murder hundreds of innocent people as well as a U.S. Border Patrol agent, Brian Terry, in Arizona.

    Color me shocked…..

  2. Boots says:

Fucking bastards in Congress won’t investigate F&F and gave Eric Holder a free pass on the entire scandal.

The MSM refusal to carry the story should’ve been met with thousands of angry Americans protesting in front of their NY and CA studios demanding answers and demanding Holder and company be arrested and tried in a court of law. Numbers, people, numbers matter.

And now, traitor to his oath and the American people, POS Paul “Pussy” Ryan, Speaker of The House, has said the House will vote next week on gun control. Ryan telegraphed his plans to fuck American gun owners when he said it’s “common sense” that something is done to prevent terrorists from buying guns. He then insulted American gun owners’ intelligence when he pretended interest in preserving their gun rights by offering this lying piece of shit explanation:

“….look at the issue deliberately to ensure people’s due process is protected if they don’t believe they should be on the watch list.”

HEY ASSHOLE RYAN! If someone’s on a secret list that denies their right to travel by any means they choose (Key fucking phrase) and denies their Constitutional right to buy a gun without ever being charged or convicted of a crime that makes them ineligible to buy a gun….

….then not only have their Due Process rights been DENIED, but their Constitutional Rights have also been DENIED. So NOW what? You’re gonna be the BIG FUCKING MAN and offer a way to get off a list people should’ve NEVER BEEN PUT ON in the first place?

Even though I fired off a letter with these sentiments to Ryan, and another letter to my NRA rep, this is the kind of thing that should bring thousands or tens of thousands of gun owners to the Capital steps. They should be loud, angry, and speak very persuasively and intelligently (two KEY requirements for ANYONE who speaks at a pro-gun, anti-gun ban rally) to make sure Congress gets sufficiently intimidated. A few personal visits to their homes might not hurt either.

You, I, we…..only have rights to the extent we have and USE the FORCE TO KEEP THOSE RIGHTS.

A bully ONLY RESPECTS equal or greater FORCE. Congress is the BULLY of the American people.

    Do the math, guys.

    Dear Mr. ();

18 U.S.C. 241, Conspiracy Against Rights, makes it a felony to conspire to deny U.S. citizens their Constitutional and Civil Rights.

Any gun bill that uses a secret list to strip U.S. citizens of their 2nd Amendment rights is a felonious “Conspiracy Against Rights”. Every Representative and Senator who votes “yea” on any bill that strips U.S. citizens of any rights participates in conspiring against citizens’ Constitutional rights and thus commits a felony.

Next week the House will vote on gun bill. I’m a very concerned gun owner seeking information on that bill. I’d appreciate any information you can give me, including:

    1) is the NRA supporting the vote,
    2) what is the language of the bill being voted on,
    3) what is the bill’s chance of passing.

ALL OF THE BILLS offered so far in response to the Muslim who murdered people in Orlando are Conspiracies Against Rights.

BESIDES CONSPIRING AGAINST RIGHTS, every bill that requires the denied citizen to ask Loretta Lynch for permission to buy a gun puts an undue burden on the exercise that citizen’s 2nd Amendment rights. Does anyone believe Lynch’s reply would be “Yeah, I don’t see why not. The Watchlist is terribly inaccurate. Go ahead and buy that AR15 and have fun”?

SECRET LISTS THAT STRIP CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS from U.S. citizens should be banned. Stalin, Hitler and every other dictator that imprisoned and murdered dissenters used secret lists. Congress should be VOTING TO BAN SECRET LISTS instead of voting to pass illegal, unconstitutional laws that nullify, strip, and violates citizens constitutional rights.

Thank you for your time. I look forward to your reply.

Remember too, that this was done as a means to generate an incident to justify further restrictions on legal firearm ownership. So the Feds forced others to break federal law, to create new laws. Never, never, never forget that the ultimate goal is total confiscation of all firearms from the general public.

250,000 people die every year from MEDICAL MISTAKES. We need to establish Doctor free zones asap.

Fuck you commie bastards. You can have the guns, ya just gotta risk the play. Choose wisely Persian for these next words may be your last.

And the criminal Eric Holder wadded up and threw away congressional subpoenas to appear before congress to testify. He then stated on the way out of office that “He was above that.” I say get a rope. You mean to tell me the top law dog of the land is immune from sworn testimony on something that he ran and innocent people died? Had I done that with my FFL years ago I would have gone to jail. Zero accountability. Zero regard for LAW. Get LOTS of ropes!

  6. Elmo says:

And the current Attorney General said that illegals had a right to work in the United States. She said that during her Senate confirmation hearings, then was confirmed with the help of Republicans.

Thus, Republicans sided with Democrats to agree that America’s top law enforcement person could enforce only the laws she chose to enforce.

Our country is being run by people that have no regard for the rule of law. Exactly why do they expect the citizens to have any higher regard for that law?

If your comment 'disappears', don't trip - it went to my trash folder and I will restore it when I moderate.
