Looks pretty much open and shut to me

A Billings couple returned to their house nearly a year ago and found blood smeared on their wall.

The word “Sloe” was written in blood, according to court documents.

On Wednesday, 31-year-old Timothy Robert Sloe appeared in Yellowstone County Justice Court on two counts of felony burglary. Justice of the Peace Pedro R. Hernandez set a $5,000 bond.

The Billings couple had left their home on Jan. 2, 2016, for an hour and a half. When they returned, they found the front and back doors open, as well as the blood on the wall.

We really need to invest in a better class of criminal here in Billings. Between guys like this and our sometime idiot judges people are getting a poor impression of this corner of Montana.

Smart cops too – the guy left his name in blood, left a shotgun with fingerprints on it and it took them how long to catch the guy?
