An Obama has joined the birther movement.
Malik Obama, Barack Obama’s half-brother, tweeted image of what appears to be Barack’s birth certificate.
Except it’s not from Hawaii, but rather Kenya.

Too late to worry about it, now.

    • Wirecutter says:

It would nullify every Executive Order he ever signed for starters seeing as he wasn’t eligible to sign them.

    • Angel says:

It would also mean that any orders to drone someone would be illegal (murder), wiretapping would be illegal, and money taken as salary or benefits under false pretenses would be grand larceny.

      • Ray says:

What y’all miss is that EVERYTHING he did as president would be illegal. Every law, every appointed judge, every order, and it would all be high treason. The Government would have to void all 8 years and hang half the . gov. for high treason.

      • Katya Kakhov says:

Ewww yeah , executive privilege too

      • ignore amos says:

I believed he was illegitimate from the start, and would like to see his prosecution (and all those that aided and abetted him) but I don’t think the forces that installed him will allow that or the rollback of any of their programs. The battle is ongoing…

  3. Judy says:

Since his running for office was a treasonous act, not counting actually taking the oath of office, or ‘preforming’ the job, inquiring minds want to know why he is not waiting to ride Ol’ Sparky like the Rosenbergs did.

  4. Terrance says:

War through deception…..very clever!……doom on him! And those who put him in power……

  5. SemperFi, 0321 says:

Between this and his fake SSN, how can he not be locked up for falsely portraying an American citizen? He’s an illegal who ran for public office under false pretenses.
And yes, every single piece of legislation is null and void.

    • warhorse says:

if his mom was still an american citizen at the time, and hadn’t renounced her citizenship…I haven’t seen anything that says she did that…he was still an american citizen at birth.

I know it sucks but that’s how it works.

      • Nate says:

But he was not born in the United States – which is what the law says for ‘native born.’

        • Judy says:

Which is why I think his actions are treasonous not espionage.

        • crazyeighter says:

And due to the laws in force at the time,Stanley Ann, regardless of her status could not confer citizenship,on him because of her age. (Awkward phase; too old for Statutory Rape, not old enough for full citizenship herself.)

        • Jerry Ferro says:

He was not born in the u.s. because Hawaii was and is still a free, sovereign nation illegally occupied by the u.s. Just don’t deny it ….look up the truth which still stands and then call your politicians and insane president and tell them to make it right.!!
          De-Occupy…get the hell out…

Every one of his “official” ones was fake. It took about ten minutes of looking at the various print anomalies to confirm that for me. Some letters did not conform, if they were done on a typewriter, why were there different fonts?
While this is news worthy, it is not as important as whether he attended college as a foreign student, and traveled on a foreign passport. Those would surpass the knowledge aspect of the problem because sure as shit, Barry does not remember where he was when he was born, and he grew up partly in Hawaii. He dang sure knows what country issued the passport he traveled n and what he put on entrance papers for college.

  13. Elmo says:

How about that. For once in his life Obama told the truth. (When he applied and was accepted to Harvard as a foreign student).
He’ll probably include all of his school records into the archives of the Obama Library as an ‘in your face’ to America.

    • bikermailman says:

His first two college years were at Occidental (founded by Soviet sympathizer Armand Hammer), on a Fulbright Scholarship. American citizens can only get one to attend a foreign school. A recipient attending an American school has to be an alien.

  14. loaded4bear says:

Sure would have been nice to see this about a decade ago. It does seem to confirm the grandmothers story.

  15. Bigg Ale says:

Personally, I hate the son of the whore, but his mother was an American citizen, making him an American citizen, no matter where he was born. At worst he had dual citizenship. So what? So did Ted Cruz. He being born in Canada. Now his mother was an avowed Communist who prefered the company of the same kind. If there were proof she gave up her citizenship, then he would not have American citizenship. Was there a coverup? Of course there was! The shitbird was raised by communists to stir shit up and he almost succeeded. Hopefully, we’ll turn this ship around onto the right course and stamp out the rats that remain aboard.

  19. Marshall says:

The BC shown is as fraudulent as the one’s published by the White House. I have followed this issue since before BHO was elected in 2008. Unless Trump orders an investigation by law enforcement, the truth will never be known. What (true) data about BHO wasn’t wiped/deleted/shredded/burned has been buried deep and protected behind bureaucrats who refuse to release it. Even the state of Hawaii passed a law that makes it all but impossible for a person to get their OWN long form BC, much less one for somebody else. Much of what is supposedly known about BHO has been fabricated (e.g. BHO’s selective service registration). The DIMs and media did a great job of equating even asking about BHO’s birth information with being racist. From what is known and verifiable, I am personally convinced that:

    1) BHO is not his legal name (i.e. he attended school in Hawaii as Barry Soetoro and there is no record of his name being changed to BHO), 2) BHO was likely not born in Hawaii, 3) BHO does not have a valid Hawaii BC, 4) BHO’s true father is likely someone other than BHO senior (even the identity of his mother is questionable and unprovable with current facts), 5) BHO attended school in Indonesia as a Muslim, 6) BHO attended Occidental College with a Foreign student scholarship, 7) BHO was likely only a mediocre student at Occidental, Columbia and Harvard, 8) BHO’s physical attendance at Columbia is questionable, he is like a ghost, 9) BHO was mentored in communist philosophy by J.M. Davis as a child in Hawaii.

BHO did not come across as a typical American because he was not raised as one. His life experience was not as a normal American. This is the cause of the dissonance that patriotic Americans felt about him during his time as pResident.

  20. pigpen51 says:

At this point, I can see no point in pursuing this anyway. We all know that the powers that be won’t ever let anything happen to one of their own. The only thing stronger than the anger of the American people is the bond of politicians in Washington. They would never let the trough that they feed from get turned over, just to satisfy a vendetta of one side or the other about a former president. What you see them say on television is not what goes on behind the scenes.

    • lineman says:

Exactly right…Why get worked up about stuff we can’t do a damn thing about…Shit we don’t do what we could be doing so we bitch about what we can’t…Sad That…

Has anyone noticed that the Kenyan certificate has an Official Seal under the signature of the clerk? (Yes, the seal should be through the signature but at least it has one.)
The Hawaiian on does not. Without the seal the document is fraudulent. A written declaration is NOT the same thing.

  22. paulb says:

second Kenya birth certificate I have seen. While I think he was born in Kenya we need to see his foot print. as far as his mother or father and grand parents are concerned they are all dead.

  23. itor says:

Reading some of the comments above suggests confusion abounds with regard to eligibility to be president. There are four requirements: 35 years of age, a NATURAL BORN citizen, 14 years residency in the US.

    Did you count all four?

If obozo was born OUTSIDE the US, he was not eligible to be president, no matter the citizenship of his parents. Additionally, neither Cruz nor insane Juan McLame the Panamanchurian candidate was eligible – the last two were most certainly not NATURAL BORN citizens.

Does anyone recall when McLame ran? It was claimed he was eligible because he was born on a military base. True enough on detail, but not on eligibility. Now think back to when Cruz ran – born in Canada- it was claimed he was eligible due to his mothers’ citizenship. Still doesn’t work – anyone notice the change there?

How many people do you know born outside the US? What is the likelihood that in the last few elections at least one of the candidates came from a foreign country?

    Its’ all a setup folks.

  24. warhorse says:

americans are individually sovereign. if a child born to a british monarch overseas can become king, the child of an american citizen born overseas is a “natural born citizen”..having all the rights and privileges of an american citizen from birth. including being eligible for the office of president.

geography doesn’t enter into it. what matters is who your parent(s) were, and where were their allegiances when you were born?

an individual conception of sovereignty would also affect who is a natural born citizen. In England, one would be a natural born subject of the King if born on English soil over which the King has jurisdiction. But, as Sandy Levinson notes: “a child born to British monarchs while travelling abroad . . . would be eligible to become king or queen.” In other words, because the King is the sovereign, his offspring are his natural born subjects as his children who owe him a natural duty of obedience, just as do those who are born within his territorial jurisdiction.

By contrast, in the United States, if each individual citizen is sovereign, so too are their offspring “natural born citizens.” Because the term “natural born citizen” was invented for use in the Constitution, its public meaning was dictated by theoretical considerations such as these, rather than either by English legal thought or by widespread public usage. This individualist understanding of natural born citizen simply adapts the English usage to American political theory by recognizing the difference in who is the sovereign in each system.

    • itor says:

“By contrast, in the United States, if each individual citizen is sovereign”

One can be sovereign, OR a citizen. There is no middle ground.

It is obvious in reading the constitutional requirement which by the way applies ONLY to office of president that “natural born” has a VERY specific meaning, a meaning which was fully comprehended by those able to read at the time.

      Here is the text:

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
Article II, Section 1, Clause 5

Only at the time of constitution adoption was a born anywhere citizen eligible to be president, simply because one could not be born in a country that did not yet exist.

The claim that geography at birth is meaningless would render the phrase and requirement of “natural born citizen” to be just some irrelevant flourish.

It is ESSENTIAL to understand the difference between “natural born” & citizen. This is a compound phrase, both conditions which must =TRUE to be satisfied.

For evidence that the concept was well understood pre-revolution please refer to Blackstone’s commentaries on citizenship, natural born & otherwise c.1765
      which PREDATE the constitution.

      • warhorse says:

a child, born of american citizens, in a foreign country is by statute, an american citizen. at birth. thus “natural born”..as opposed to “naturalized”.

an ambassador’s child born anywhere on the planet, would be eligible for president. as would anyone else born of an american citizen.

“natural born” is simply there to eliminate anyone not born an american citizen…naturalized later…from becoming president.

there were plenty of european carpetbaggers (I know, the term didn’t come about until later, but it fits so I’m using it) that saw the american revolution as an opportunity to set up their own little kingdom. this was to prevent that. nothing more.

remember there were more americans fighting for the crown than against it. many of those were still around when the constitution was ratified..and many of those would still welcome royal rule.

  25. itor says:

Additionally, the English system recognized & promoted the concept of EMPIRE, which the constitution did not. Certainly it mattered not to the reigning monarch where his/her offspring were birthed.

As well, an attempt to draw parallels between monarch at birth and eligibility to be president is a fail – completely different concepts. In England the monarch was the very embodiment of the country, in the US (in theory) the president represents the citizenry.

    • warhorse says:

the english system simply recognized that people do move about…and the geography you were hatched on is not the same as the country you hold citizenship. there are other factors.

“natural born” indicates a citizenship possessed at birth..which, by statute, is something that obama had based on his mother’s citizenship.

it’s all a moot point now anyways. does anyone think there will be some sort of rewind and do-over? we could probably handle that in an afternoon..joe biden assumes the retroactive presidency, then re-signs and back-dates everything obama did, and goes home and takes a nap.

  26. itor says:

    Natural born = Native

Note that the (proposed) Hatch amendment (a constitutional amendment, not a statue) would permit those born of US citizens in a foreign country to be eligible for president.

If those foreign born were already eligible, an amendment would be unnecessary.

  27. itor says:

    Sheesh – “statute”

Hatch amendment – “equal right to govern” or some such silliness
