  1. Greggbc says:

What an asshole. If he loved his son he would have taken him with him.

    • Tom MacGyver says:

Are you kidding? The kid stays here, stays on welfare and food stamps, stays in subsidized housing with subsidized utilities, goes to college for free, and then “fixes” Dad’s papers. Anchor babies away!

I have ZERO sympathy for Dad…

    • crazyeighter says:

That or the Mexican immigration authorities won’t permit his son’s entry.

      • SAM says:

So the Mexicans don’t want immigration just to go to Mexico and live. Funny that you never hear anyone protesting about that, it should be headlines on all the news.

    • Brian says:

Yeah there is no reason to split up the family, the rest can go back with him as well.

  2. WoodBurner says:

Got’a throw the Bull Shit Flag here.

    Marxist propaganda.

  3. joe tentpeg says:

Gee, no heart-tuggin’ pics of the bare-chested, tatted-up MS-13 gang banger hugging dad?

  4. Reese Bobby says:

The last 6 of the 16 years were spent in jail for killing someone while driving drunk. How come the anchor baby is staying?

  5. R Durand says:

A citizen of Mexico is being returned to his country and he doesn’t choose to take his son with him!

    What a total jerk!

  6. One of the many Bill's says:

ILLEGAL aliens and anything they breed.

  7. Weredragon says:

Cheaper to send them both home.

  8. rotty2017 says:

This anchor rat birthright citizenship has to be stopped. It’s BS.

  9. SAM says:

I take it that as he’s been getting away with it for 16 years “they” say he should be able to carry on with it. It’s not as if the illegal only broke the law once 16 years ago he broke it every second of every day for the past 6 years.
Well Dennis Lynn Rader [AKA the BTK Killer or the BTK Strangler. “BTK” stands for “Bind, Torture, Kill”] killed ten plus people in Kansas between 1974 and 1991 got away with it for longer than 16 years so we should let him carry on? After all he had two children.

    • SAM says:

Sorry that should read “It’s not as if the illegal only broke the law once 16 years ago he broke it every second of every day for the past 16 years.”

  10. SAM says:

He’s not upset for his son he’s upset for himself, after all it’s going to take him a good week or so to carry on with his crime.

  11. Eric says:

Take your anchor with you, fuckface.

  12. SAM says:

In the words of Norman Stanley Fletcher ” If we hadn’t have been caught we’d have been Jack the lad wouldn’t we? But no. We was. We was collared, so don’t bleat. If you can’t do the time, don’t do the crime.”

  13. Panama Jack says:

Sam brings up a great point. If ICE is only going after the “criminal illegals” doesn’t that include ALL of them, since the first thing they did was break our laws by illegally crossing the border?

  14. Arc says:

Kid can go with daddy back to Mexico. Better yet, they should have never broken our laws to begin with, then there wouldn’t any deportation!

  15. More Kowbell says:

If the U.S. is soooooooo racist, why isn’t this wonderful, upstanding, honest, law abiding illegal taking his son back with him to mexico?

  16. truthzzzz says:

The child is a citizen of Mexico. That is Mexican law.
The child may not be a citizen of the USA. If his mother is also illegal, that may be so.
The child may have a false gratuitous citizenship.
These particular facts have never been determined by the US Supreme Court.
The Court determined in Wong vs US (1898) US Supreme Court, that a child born to foreign national parents where there were no legal issues about the parents being domiciled in the US, having a business, and residing in San Francisco with no objection of the Imperial Government of China nd og the government of the USA, the child born here was considered subject to the jurisdiction of the usa and not just in the jurisdiction of the USA, so the child was subject to the 14th Amendment and considered a citizen of the USA.
Even with temporary papers, there are legal issues on so many that are here. that includes the DACA people.

The issue of a child born to foreign nationals in the USA with legal issues concerning their parents presence in the USA was not decided, as the Court pointed out.

  17. truthzzzz says:

It sounded to me as though the court would have rejected citizenship, but that may just be me interpreting it. It is nothing until the US Supreme Court decides.

Further, the Court discussed that any invader, their entourage, and any children born to the invaders never gain citizenship in the nation invaded.
Mexico through its presidents, officials, schools, media, and organizations, has maintained a state of war against the USA for generations. They have sent asymmetric armies into the USA to plunder and conquer it. They have sent military colonists to conquer parts of the USA.
That trumps the claims of citizenship the child may have if both parents are illegally present in the USA.

Make Mexico great again. Give Mexico back their Mexicans. There may be 1/3 of Mexico invaded into the USA right now.
