Several teenagers who were involved in a deadly crash after stealing two cars had a whopping 126 arrests between the six of them.
Keontae Brown, 16, Jimmie Goshey, 14, and Dejarae Thomas, 16, died after allegedly racing a stolen car through a red light going 100mph and smashed into another car.
Keontae Brown’s younger brother Keondrae, 14, was also in the car but survived after the vehicle was launched into the air before bursting into flames in Palm Harbor, Florida on Sunday morning.

As to the incident at hand: 1) glad Ricky Melendez – the guy they ran into – is gonna be okay; 2) gotta admit that I’m sad to hear about the survival rate of 50%, but it could have been worse (interpret that as you will :-).
What a shame. They had some much to contribute to society.

Journalists should be forced to undergo minimum 2 months of training before they are allowed to use the word “allegedly”. I understand that one is not supposed to make allegations without proof and cannot say factually if someone is guilty before trial (not that this is ever in effect when there’s a conservative or any one who likes Trump involved). The above sentence can be read to mean that the car was indeed stolen but that the teens were only ‘allegedly’ racing it. Or it could mean that yes the teens died but the stealing and racing are only alleged. I guess maybe someone else was in the crash and stuffed the teens bodies into the wreck.
Fact. They were in the car. Fact. The car was caught on camera speeding. Fact. The car was caught on camera crashing and bursting into flame. Fact. The teens did not own the car.
At no point is the word ‘alleged’ necessary or even appropriate.
This sort of sloppy writing really bugs me; especially when a word or system is put in place for the sole purpose of misleading or downplaying an incident.
I’m going out on a limb, here; and guess that these youngsters were of the black persuasion.
A few months back another “teen” was shot and killed by the woman he tried to rob down here in Florida. A cousin of the deceased said something like, “How else he suppose to get anything, he don’t have no job or money?”

Once again we see the effects of a matriarchal society, one where there are no fathers in the lives of the kids. Probably no grand fathers, uncles, great grand fathers either.
I’d bet that if any of us had done stuff like these kids that our fathers would have kicked our asses so hard we could have used them for ear muffs for a month.
It your only education is from video games and blockbuster movies then you believe that behaviour like this is survivable.
