Five minutes to convict Mike Strickland

In a nutshell for those of you may not be aware of Mike and his plight, here’s the “crib notes” version. Mike is an independent journalist/videographer who was covering a progressive anarchist “demonstration” in Portland, Oregon when he became surrounded by a mob of radical, anarchists. You know the types, the one in masks that throw bottles and break things, otherwise known as peaceful Democrat “protestors” supported by the former president “What’s His Face.”

As the mob continued to surround and outflank him, they chanted “get him” and other nasty garbage. Mike did what any expert would teach any student to do; he retreated as best he could before being surrounded and overwhelmed by the ever growing mob. Realizing he was now nearly surrounded and in fear for his life, Mike drew his lawfully concealed firearm and used it to keep the crowd at bay. He never fired a shot, and in fact, his finger never touched the trigger.

Ryan (the “judge”) was all about conviction from the get-go. Strickland should never have opted for the bench trial, as he would probably have walked.

Fuck mother fucking Portland, Oregon !!!!!

Unless there are real-world consequences for injustices like these, we’ll continue to get more of the same. Might makes right.

Sorry to say the rule of law has been dead for some time. Get ready for a rough ride.

Weekend at Bernie’s comes to mind.
Gotta keep that corpse of a justice system alive, right?

Mike violated the cardnial rule. Stay away from crowds. This is a terrible injustice. It is wrong. It is to be expected.

We all are grown men and women here. Draw, shoot, leave and shut up.

    Appeal attorney named.

Incidentally, you ran this same piece on February 27, 2017. I say keep on running it and other like this injustice of tyrannical government against the people.

  6. Paul says:

He would have been better off shooting a few of his attackers claiming he was in fear for his life.
More than likely a jury would have aquitted him.
Added bonus points would be throeing a wet blanket on the antifa crowd.
In any event I would rather be hung for a wolf rather than a sheep.

Oregon Firearms Federation has been on this all along:

  8. Conservative Bill N says:

I don’t know who that Bill N is in the comment sections but it isn’t me. I often will identify myself as Bill N if I offer a comment on the internet. From the videos I have seen I believe he was justified in his actions and even shooting that one black guy who kept following him after another person is heard telling the crowd to let him leave.

If your comment 'disappears', don't trip - it went to my trash folder and I will restore it when I moderate.
