Recognizing the problem for what it is

President Donald Trump said Monday he believed the Texas church shooting was caused by a “mental health problem,” and not because of a problem with domestic gun laws.

When asked whether U.S. gun control measures could have been the key to the Texas shooting, Trump replied, “Mental health is your problem here.”

“This isn’t a guns situation,” he said, before adding, “This is a mental health problem at the highest level. It’s a very, very sad event.”

“Fortunately … somebody else had a gun that was shooting in the opposite direction,” Trump said at the press conference.

Dishonorable discharge & domestic abuse. Two “laws” that should have prevented this. Obviously these “laws” are a joke.

The shooter was given a DD after a GCM in 2014.(felony conviction from a military court) He has since TWICE pled guilty to domestic violence. He COULD NOT have passed a NICS check. His gun had to be “black market” or a “straw” gun. He could not have legally gotten body armor ether, but he had rifle plates on when he died. I’d love to ask Obama: So HOW exactly would any anti-gun law have helped?

I just now posted something about the DV deal.

Ray; That’s an easy question to answer. Obama, if he had his way would confiscate ALL firearms from ALL but the military and police AND would severely limit the firearms and firearms use by the police.

Once again, the man cuts through the bull.

OK, remember that big “The war starts now” campaign ANTIFA ran in the Gray Lady last week, funded by Dr Evil?

Can anybody come up with a good reason why these morons shouldn’t be hauled into court as accessories?

  4. Can I point out (again) that I voted for that guy, bless ’em.

I think we finally have a president that gets it. Let’s hope that he is able to withstand the onslaught of those on both sides who seek to unseat him.

    That’s my guy, all right.
