Come on Judge, dismiss it with prejudice

Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy didn’t seem to have much of a chance in his legal battle with the federal government, but he now finds himself with the upper hand entering Monday’s court hearing as the Justice Department’s case against him falls apart.

U.S. District Court Chief Judge Gloria Navarro is slated to consider whether to dismiss the charges against the 2014 Nevada standoff’s ringleaders — Mr. Bundy, his sons Ammon and Ryan, and Ryan Payne — after she declared a mistrial last month over the government’s withholding of evidence.

Navarro didn’t declare the mistrial to benefit the Bundy’s. She declared it so the prosecution could
“reset” it’s case and try again without fear of having the outcome challenged on appeal. She is NOT on the side of ‘we the people’. She is was appointed by Obama and WILL do whatever it takes to extend and expand the governments grasp on power like the good commie apparatchik she is.

We already know the gov is corrupt.

If the judge doesn’t then the jury should
Jury nullification can be a wonderful thing

  4. Brian says:

I’ll bet if Jury Nullification is mentioned they will declare a Mistrial and the whole damn thing will be moved to a location sympathetic to the Gov’ts stance.

I would hope that a jury would see the wisdom of nullification of illegal or unjucst acts.

His peers really should be drawn from the families of the other ranchers who were driven off for the benefit of those who had apparent ownership of the land. those apparent owners being the politicians and lobbyists like Harry Reed, a supposed Senator, and his associates and family.
