Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen confirmed Tuesday that her department has asked federal prosecutors to see if they can lodge criminal charges against sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with federal deportation efforts.

“The Department of Justice is reviewing what avenues may be available,” Ms. Nielsen told the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Either we are a nation of Laws or we aren’t. Time for some heads to roll in a lot of places.

  2. Bigg Ale says:

Charge them with Human Trafficking. Hit Chicago, New York, San Fransisco, and Los Angeles at the same time in coordinated raids, and arrest the Mayors and the entire city councils of each city. Prep walk them in orange jump suits past news cameras, and let them defend themselves in a change of venue federal court, say down in Texas or the Southeast district so the Federal Courts in their liberal cities would have no effect. H-Minus!

And, make them pay out of their own pockets to defend themselves.

The Chief of PoLice in San Antonio has been releasing wetbacks and/or ordering his thugs to release wetbacks, and then blames ICE for not getting to the arrest scene fast enough.
The POS McMannis Chief of PoLice needs to be hung.
Many know he is following the direction of many wealthy commies in San Antonio like Red McCombs, Peter Holt (of Caterpillar Holt!) , Ernesto Ancira of car-lot fame, there’s many others. The rich commies in this town all need to be taken out and have their heads set on fence posts. Some up and down I-10, more on I-35 and some on I-37. Let everyone know we don’t want or put up with rich commies in this town.

It’s gonna be kind of tough tiptoeing around the 10th Amendment, but this is good news.

Immigration and border control is a federal issue as stated in the Constitution.

And screeched from the mountain tops when conservatives powers-that-be here in Texas, tried to stop the tidal wave of ‘immigrants’, cheered on by team BHO.

  6. Randy says:

I think that they have a good chance getting around the 10th amendment, as the regulating commerce with foreign nations is in the enumerated powers the Feds have. Either way, should be a good show.

    • SheepDog says:

Not looking for a show…. Looking for these traitors to find their own little sactuary in prison.

  7. crazyeighter says:

Perhaps Trump could be persuaded to rein in DHS on this if the Dems were to STFU about Dreamers and DACA so that we can get a new budget this week.

  8. PoppaGary says:

As others have said, nothing about the 10th Amendment covers this crap, this is a Federal issue covered under 8 U.S. Code § 1324 and I have been waiting for this to happen. You know the lefties will scream Trump is acting as a Dictator\Putin\Hitler, etc ad nauseam..

  9. OD says:

I’ll believe it when I see it … especially if the Little Ballerina and asshole Fr. Phleger get perp-walked in Chicongo. BTW, Hulu is gonna be putting lipstick on that shithole with a new series, “The Chi”

Romanticizing the Turd World on Lake Michigan

  10. MTHead says:

Application of the law where the people want it applied can be a very harsh effect on those who hate the American people as these lawbreakers do.
    Apply the law. Book ’em.
