Federal prosecutors have hired a specialist to do a 3D depiction of two shots allegedly fired by an indicted FBI agent at the truck of Oregon standoff spokesman Robert “LaVoy” Finicum two years ago.
Toby Terpstra, senior forensic animator at the Colorado-based company Kineticorp, is among nine government experts disclosed by prosecutors in their pending case against FBI Agent W. Joseph Astarita.

That would be ‘elite’ Hostage Rescue Team member W. Joseph Astarita, operating under rules of engagement issued by Portland Special Agent in Charge Greg Bretzing, working under the direction of FBI Director James Comey, who is taking orders from Valarie Jarrett, Senior Advisor to President Barack Obama.
Cooperating participants include members of the Oregon State Police, at the behest of Oregon’s first bisexual governor Kate Brown (no relation to Jerry).
“It only takes a handfull”
Is this the same fbi that initially claimed they didn’t fire ANY shots?? Their credibility sure has gone down the shitter lately, from top to bottom.

Why do I feel there’s going to be a Magick Bullet created here?
The next Lon Horiuchi?
Why the need for a trial? He felt threatened, and he did what he had to do to go home safely at the end of his shift. He’s a true American hero, gosh darn it.
I simply cannot imagine a scenario where any federal law enforcement agent is found guilty of a single thing. If it happens, they they will have to go back and review several other outstanding cases as well. The law of averages on rolling the dice simply cannot continue to come up with the police winning every time.
