To authorize dedicated domestic terrorism offices within the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to analyze and monitor domestic terrorist activity and require the Federal Government to take steps to prevent domestic terrorism.

That’s the text of a bill introduced in Congress on February 2nd called the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act of 2018.

The FBI defines domestic terrorism as “U.S.-based movements that espouse extremist ideologies of a political, religious, social, racial, or environmental nature.”

But what is an extremist ideology? It’s easy to see on one end of the spectrum, once violence happens. But the FBI sees the progression as “crossing the line from First Amendment protected rights to committing crimes to further their political agenda.”

It sounds like they are saying speaking out is a precursor to terrorism. Exercising rights is suspicious.

The bill makes repeated reference to “patriot” groups as well as “anti-government militias.”

Of course, Sammy’s III Percent Putz isn’t really a Patriot group – it’s more of a “I’m-Sammy-feed-my-ego-and-send-me-money-but-don’t-dare-ask-if-I-used-it-for-it’s-intended-purpose” group.

It’s getting more and more difficult to live within the letter of the law when they keep changin the alphabet. Who said that? I said that.

step right this way to the cattle cars….and sammy will be working for the side trying to put us in them. they’ll tell him how awesome he is, and fill his bank account. we won’t.

He already headed down that path when he called JC Dodge’s bosses and told them he was running White Supremacist training camps in an effort to get him fired.

Hey DHS, DOJ, and FBI also ATF–be sure to Kiss My A** They wonder why groups are forming and growing. It is because of BS like this. Political Agenda? Get rid of your sorry a** You will never keep us quiet. We are not domestic terrorists—YOU are. You are the enemy–foreign and domestic.

I partially agree. Are people sick of the BS and prepping themselves; yes.
But would the groups the alphabet soup is actually scarred of (vet groups,
pro-A II groups etc…) be growing as fast if said agencies used the law as
      written and not as a way to knock back anybody who likes the constitution;
I doubt it. Seriously, Antifa, BLM, heck even Greenpeace pulls crap DAILY
that would land many in Gitmo. It’s not the law in and of itself but the
obvious and open ideological hypocrisy that drives these groups into growing.

    • Free Citizen, that’s not always the case. Some groups are started by people like IIITurd (Sammy) only because they couldn’t get in the mil (or get what they wanted from the mil if they did get in) and they want to be in charge and claim “Kernal/Kommando status (read IIITurd’s screed and you will see this throughout it). His type looks for a “Cause” (TEA Party, III%ers, etc.), then comes up with rhetoric that promotes that cause, then starts the group with them in charge…… I have unfortunately seen this time and time again in those I was training from the Moolishas and it’s the reason I’m very selective now about groups I train.

That is why the ORIGINAL concept for being a THREE PERCENTER was definitely NOT supposed to be some kind of movement, open to abuse , corruption , deception , a false sense of security and any manner of cult of personality that would wish to control it.
It was to be an extension of a FREE INDIVIDUAL’s core beliefs , a STATE OF MIND that has and always will live far beyond what any “movement” could ever be.

But what do I know, I’m just an old ghost in the machine.
