Kinda like Common Core for the feds

“Go in and think like a liberal” was the advice two FBI agents gave Jonathan Gilliam prior to his taking an FBI entrance exam. Gilliam shared his anecdote during a Wednesday interview on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight with co-hosts Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak.
Gilliam, a retired Navy SEAL and former FBI special agent, spoke of left-wing political corruption across the federal government, specifically identifying the CIA and FBI.

This is no surprise. Most federal agencies have been infused with leftist thinking for decades. An example is the retired USFS Forest Supervisor in my home town. He’s still active in green causes, most of which require government grants, and his wife is an outspoken county Dem party person who writes letters to the editor regularly. She in particular despises Trump.

Changing the direction of the Ship of State will be a slow process. Difficult to see how it can be done before it sinks.

in the book “the stainless steel rat”, the “space navy” built a computer to improve the efficiency of the fleet. after years of working on the problem, the computer announced it had come to a solution, and every naval officer over the rank of lieutenant needed to be on hand at the space station for the unveiling of this grand plan. once the officers in question were gathered, the computer took control of the nearest battleship, and blew up the station. fleet-wide efficiency improved 75% overnight.

the lesson here is JUST FIRE EVERYONE OVER A CERTAIN RANK! then make the remaining workers compete on merit to fill those positions.

will they throw out good people with the bad? yup. sorry. we can’t tell who is who so you all have to go. if you’d like to re-apply for a lower position we may be able to work something out, but you are no longer in charge.
