Not sure what to say. Would definitely fall under cruel and unusual.

Torture is wrong and evil. Full stop.
No matter who does or why they do it. My side or the other side.
Torture me, cocksucker, you better fucking kill me.
Leave me alive I’ll take revenge on you, your family, your friends, and your dog. You’ll watch your children die.

I’m guessing your first-hand experience with the rest of the world is pretty limited.

lighten up francis. they waterboarded us in USN bootcamp san diego 1990 to get us over the fear of drowning.

if I can save lives by pouring some water on someone’s face, damn right I will do it. in a heartbeat. “evil” would be a cordless drill applied vigorously to a kneecap. I’d rather not do that. it may be uncomfortable but after being waterboarded you’re alive and intact.

You do something wrong to me, my family or my country, you better prepare your ass for some torture. This killing you quickly is for the fucking feeble minded. You’re ass is going to suffer, long and hard, if I have my way and your demise is justified. Just saying. Now if your innocent, then torture might not be the best decision. But please stop with the holier than thou attitude. Torture has been used, and working for millennia. It’s not going to be stopped anytime soon because a couple snowflakes get their panties in a wad over the humaneness.

When I was in High School, (mid 70’s) we had in the Restrooms these High-Pressure, Blast-Flushing Toilets… Our equivalent of “Waterboarding” was to Stuff a Kid’s Head into one and “Give Him a Swirley”. Same/Quicker Results and more convenient than Waterboarding. It was done a number of Times to a particularly incorrigible Bully, once while an Assistant Principle was in the Stall next to it.

As for the Morals of ‘Torture’, well, if Your Enemies Do Unto You, return the Favor.

  6. noncom says:

I’ll try it again….torture could be defined in the movie “Payback” when Mel Gibson’s character had his toes hammered while tied to a chair….or Isis putting men in cages and either setting them on fire or drowning them, not to mention decapitating people on TV….I’ll take water boarding over any of the torture methods mankind has devised over the millennium….

If your comment 'disappears', don't trip - it went to my trash folder and I will restore it when I moderate.
