WINTER HAVEN (FOX 13) – Deputies in Polk County say a middle school substitute teacher admitted “losing his cool” after he choked a “trash-talking” student who had declined to fight him.

According to investigators, a 12-year-old student at Westwood Middle School in Winter Haven told his school resource officer that his P.E. coach, Robert Knight, had choked him on Wednesday. The student admitted “smack-talking,” which apparently led to Knight to take his shirt off and challenge the boy to a fight.

So many comments to be made about this one…I only hope that little sh*t who hides behind the law (and his age) had a “come to Jesus moment” and realizes that teacher could have killed him. Dead. Alas, I’m sure he will just be another “misunderstood youth” gunned down in the streets because his mouth was running.
As always, Don’t start none, won’t be none

The kid wins….TWICE. First time was when the coach allowed the noises coming from a 12 year olds piehole to get under his skin. The second one when said moron laid hands on the kid. Kid/kids family is gonna get paid. Stupid coach is now unemployed/unemployable. You simply CANNOT allow words to get the better of you and make you stop thinking and start acting…stupidly.

I would have done the same thing to the little punk. Then again, my P.E. teachers were some kind of jacked up or something. One grabbed me by the shoulder, ripping my brand new jacket, just because he didn’t like me or something. Being the son of a career Marine I learnt early on not to sass talk so it wasn’t that. Another teacher spit on me, I guess because he didn’t like who I hung out with. I was the most naive kid you’d ever know, therefore the easiest to pick on.

Anyway, I would have smacked that little trash talker into next week. Kids these days have grown up thinking that they are protected, that anything they do or say you cannot touch them.

Ol Jacquiline, the school Superintendent sounds like an Ohole lover, loving to quote those holy writs, the ‘high standards’. So tell us Jackie, how is it your school district has had so many sexual teacher/student trysts? As in when some authoritative body speaks of quality they mean the exact opposite.

I remember the joy I took when watching the “Hancock” scene where “Michelle”, the little French asshole, called Hancock an asshole, twice, upon which he was hurled into the sky to an unknown height, and when landing, safely caught by Hancock, had to go change his underwear….I know, it was only a fictional movie….but, alas….

If your comment 'disappears', don't trip - it went to my trash folder and I will restore it when I moderate.
