I think this is the first time I ever wanted someone to get tazed.

    • noncom says:

Surprised they didn’t think of that….A piece of Duct tape with the letters STFU would’ve worked….

    • Rebar says:

I was thinking if he shot all three of them and torched that piece of shit they were driving, maybe ambush the parents when they show up, I wouldn’t be upset. At the end you realize the girl is wearing leather hotpants. Probably hooking to buy drugs. Stupid ho’s

  2. noncom says:

Damn police….that girl had every right to choose to verbally abuse and kick them….and just like every person since the beginning of time, she had the right to be detained on charges for exercising that choice….America, ‘aint it great?….of course, her rich daddy will bail her out and call the CLU and the liberal press because “cops”….

  3. Critter says:

I’d have expended a taser cartridge on that one .

  4. Al says:

I admit I didn’t watch but a minute or so … I drive interstate a fair amount and so far have not been hassled for sleeping in my car, so why the hell does the orficer feel the need to wake up a sleeping person? Iv yet to here of crime you can commit while sleeping. He’s fishing for an excuse to frisk( grope) confiscate ( steal) detain ( arrest) someone! Don’t talk to cops, avoid them religiously!

    • Wirecutter says:

You gotta admit that 3 youny women crashed out in a car while in a store parking lot is a little suspicious.

      • Critter says:

This would range from reasonable suspicion to probable cause pretty quick.

        • Sammy says:

add to that the car was RUNNING, lights on with 3 ppl passed out. I found a guy like that, dead bc he ran a hose from the tail pipe.

Could have been drunk as hell, has to make sure they don’t get back on the road.

finally I GUARANTEE 1000% some drug was in her system, 3 ppl don’t pull up to a store and decide it’s nap time… com’on

      • Dan says:

Especially behind the wheel…with the engine running

      • nonncom says:

With the engine running and the lights on….

      • Ace Frehley says:

Heroin addicts pass out in cars. I hear it every few days on the scanner.

  5. -Sepp says:

All I could think of was “Just pepper spray the dumb little bitch already”

  6. danteamore says:

Did she really yell “Stranger Danger” while while she was being cuffed?

  7. grayjohn says:

It’s a blue eyed wonder that more people don’t get shot.

  8. Al says:

I’m still saying no victim no crime, leave em alone! Engine running maybe to keep the heater going? Lights on in parking lot, how many times you forget to turn off your lights?

    • Wirecutter says:

I don’t forget my lights, not at night, even if I’m going in for just a minute.

    • Canada Boots says:

You sound like what I suspect her Dad sounds like and a big reason for her acting this way. That girl’s been spoiled since the day she was born and made to believe she’s special ever since. Except this time, for the first time in her life, a temper tantrum didn’t work.

  9. Jim says:

That’s some piss poor parenting there. Her parents should be arrested for failing to teach her any respect for authority.

  10. Jesse in DC says:

I didn’t watch very much of it, but WTF? Once the cop determined she was alive, then OK,end of the encounter. Move on cop,I was minding my own business, you go mind yours. I don’t feel any compunction to answer any questions from some badged orc. Authority… really?

    • Wirecutter says:

You want somebody that’s obviously that fucked up on who knows what on the road with you? Or better yet, on the road with your wife and kids?
I could tell she was loaded as soon as she opened her mouth.

    • Padawan says:

I spent three weeks in an arm sling, alternating ice/heat on my chest, hips and stomach and on some heavy duty muscle relaxers because my strung out dirty crack slut of an aunt wrecked my grandfather’s brand new Jeep with me seat belted in the front passenger seat. She’d been stopped earlier in the day (strung out and driving and falling asleep behind the wheel of said Jeep) by the local PD and they fucking let her go. She rear ended a city registered car with a ranking city official driving it who was stopped at a red light. She slammed on the brakes going around a rotary when she realized she was too close and we skidded into back of the car still doing 60. (She was doing nearly 80 when she stomped on the brake pedal.) The only reason why she hit the brakes at all was because I screamed and startled her. I hit my seat belt hard enough that the imprint of it was left across my chest under two shirts and a hooded sweatshirt. The cops told me if I hadn’t been in my seat belt I’d have most likely kissed the dashboard since the air bags failed to deploy and broken quite a few bones.

Had the cops not let that worthless junkie go earlier in the day I wouldn’t have missed three weeks of work. I agree with the cops on this one. What if these girls kept driving and killed somebody? The cops had every right to do what they did here.

  11. Roy says:

This is a good example of why I could not be a cop. Forget tazing her. About a minute into that tirade, I wanted to shoot the stupid bint.

  12. Jesse in DC says:

No, like every other free American, I want to be left the fuck alone. She was asleep in the car, so NOT driving. The reality is, there are plenty of fucked up people sharing the roads with you every day. I drive home between 2 and 3 AM everyday. Into DC, with all the traffic coming out likely drunk. Chance I take.

    • Wirecutter says:

Oh come on, give me a break here. If you watch the video you can see how irrational she is and that’s a person I’d rather not take a chance with. Let’s face it, at 18 years old she doesn’t have that much experience with either being intoxicated or driving – she’s fucking dangerous.
I worked the late shift for many many years and all the drunks out at that time of the night scared the shit out of me. The fact that there are plenty of them doesn’t mean that it’s okay for everyone else to drive like that.

      • Padawan says:

I agree with you Ken. It makes me wonder how many drunks Warhorse unkowingly comes across when he drives home at night.

    • Padawan says:

So by your “logic” then we should let drunk drivers who cause accidents go because it’s a “chance we all have to take.”

  13. Jesse in DC says:

No, not hardly. I am not a fan of “Pre crime” in general though. I live in DC. There are more cops here than anywhere you have ever been. The FBI has cops. The fucking National Cathedral has a po leece force. I drive home in the wee hours every single fucking day. I get pulled over for driving… at least once every couple months. I do not drink. At all, ever. I am tired of being rousted for going about my business. Shit, I am sorry you got in the car with your aunt. I despise drunk drivers. But I also despise cops that make up excuses to “investigate” people just because they can. If I am not *committing* a crime, leave me the fuck alone.

    • Wirecutter says:

I remember for a while I was getting pulled over at 3:30 AM in the same spot and when I asked the cop why I got the exact same bullshit excuse “There was a crime committed by somebody driving a truck matching your vehicle’s description.”
I had enough of that shit and complained to their watch commander and what do you know, there were no more crimes committed by anybody driving a rusted up 1964 Chevy truck. Funny how that worked out.

  14. Jesse in DC says:

I probably should do that. I will be 60 in june. My business partner is Female and 56. We generally drive nice ish cars.(Old Volvo wagon, twenty YO Jags..) And the cops are inevitably polite. We are olde White Folk… but I get tired of it. I figure any interaction with a cop can end up with us getting shot… I do my best to avoid them, so I am not happy when they invent a reason.

  15. Dune buggy says:

Aw naw girlie u no get away with tis. Stawp weesisting u ah undah ahwest!

  16. Roy says:

Look, I understand that you don’t want to be rousted by the cops for no reason. I don’t either. But there *was* a reason. Three girls appeared to be asleep or passed out in a car *that was running*. They checked it out just as I would have if I had been them. The real trouble didn’t start until little miss stupid got, well, stupid with the cop. They had a *BONG* in the car for crying out loud. You expect the cops to just let that go?
Sorry, I agree with Kenny, and I am on the side of the cops on this one. Indeed, they acted with a lot more restraint than I would have.

And just so you know, in the state where I live, if you are intoxicated (drunk or stoned) and in the drivers seat of a motor vehicle, you meet the legal definition of driving while intoxicated.

    • Wirecutter says:

if you are intoxicated (drunk or stoned) and in the drivers seat of a motor vehicle, you meet the legal definition of driving while intoxicated.

It was that way in California too.

Going back to the subject at hand, if I, as an ordinary citizen, were to see 3 girls passed out in a car with the engine running I would be concerned as well and would try to rouse them to make sure they were okay. If they didn’t respond, I’d call a cop to make sure they were all right. That might’ve been what happened here.

      • I don’t think anyone has a problem with the cop asking the driver if they were alright the problem comes when he continues to pursue with questioning asking for the passengers ID and then attempting to get the girls to talk themselves into trouble. At least that was my take from the video. Hard to champion a young woman who started acting like she did though I will admit but the cop wasn’t being on the up and up himself. Then there was that last bit where she was struggling sure but because some part of her foot touched the cop it was yet another assault charge…. Again more underhanded padding by the cop.

  17. Ok in Okla says:

Well, I have made contact with a driver that was passed out behind the wheel drank too many 3.2s while out fishing all night. He wasn’t way over the bubble had him call his daughter and come get him . The female on this video bought and paid for more than the officers gave her.

  18. I haven’t watched the video, but I came in here just to make a stupid and uniformed comment.

GTFO of here with that shit!

She tried to negotiate the bong price, and I did LOL at that, but she was very aggressive with the PO. He took way more care with her than I thought he would have.

If your comment 'disappears', don't trip - it went to my trash folder and I will restore it when I moderate.
