“It is with extraordinary sadness we can confirm the death of our friend and colleague, Anthony Bourdain,” the network said in a statement Friday morning. “His love of great adventure, new friends, fine food and drink and the remarkable stories of the world made him a unique storyteller. Well…..bye.

  3. Craig says:

The man was a great story teller. Always enjoyed his shows as the viewer had the opportunity to see another part of a country and a different side to the local culture through his shows.

  4. Winston Smith says:

So how did he know the Klintoons?
And that designer lady that also…….?

    • Andrew says:

He was a known friend of both the Clintons and the Okobungos.

Designer lady was on the Clinton Foundation Haiti thingy.

      Hmmmmmm…. Hmmmmmmmmmmm.

  5. J says:

    Kung Fu’ing.

  6. tripseven says:

I found his shows somewhat entertaining. My final thoughts? A total POS if he actually hung himself! What was so bad that he had to make the decision to check out leaving behind an 11 yo daughter to suffer this the rest of her years?

  7. Annie says:

Definitely something here that they’re not telling us. My first guess is something similar to David Carradine or maybe even more perverted, but they’re covering since it is one of their own.

  8. mark r says:

I liked his show, until he schmooze with Obungo, then I couldn’t stand the sight of him.

  9. Jim says:

Another socialist liberal bites the bullet… What a shame..

  10. rocketguy says:

Not surprised. I enjoyed his show too but he always struck me as one of those misanthropic types who played by a different set of rules. Whether he got bad medical news or just decided getting old sucked, he said eff this and checked out.

  11. Padawan says:

I’ve seen this on every major “news” outlet today and so far the only ones claiming a suicide is CNN and ABC. Nobody else has said anything about a manner of death.

  12. Granola Gaye says:

F’ him he sucked on the same barbed cock of Satan (Obama) as everyone else on CNN.

Trump: ‘We’re going to win so much, you’re going to be so sick and tired of winning’

  13. Cpl/Major Mike says:

He walked like he had a corncob in his ass, hope they leave it in.

  14. cato1776 says:

I liked his show, but his ultra-socialist/progressive political narrative sucked.

  15. Al says:

I thought he was commuting suicide every time he put some of that shit in his mouth! Really if you listened to him you or i could anyway tell he was a desperately unhappy man, about what I haven’t a clue.

  16. kevinH says:

Really enjoyed his sarcasm and his willingness to slum with the locals.
Clearly a man with demons, hopefully he is at peace.

  17. lineman says:

Another Commie bites the dust…Good Riddance…

  18. hybo says:

    Exactly, lineman. Uh, bye bye….

  19. greggbc says:

He was a pompous asshole. He talked down to the television audience. I never watched anything he was on after the 2000 election when he actively campaigned on his show for his choice. Doesn’t matter who, should not have happened on that type of show. He will not be missed.

  20. Andy says:

Thanks Tony. I’d have liked to have a beer with you. You gave me the idea of traveling this, and other countries.

  21. Aesop says:

That Arkansas Flu is some serious sh*t.

  22. Optic says:

He was filming episodes with Elon Musk about the global agenda. A.I. taking over the world and more. Alex Jones has a few videos about it. Just like Joan Rivers saying manchelle obongo was a man. Then she’s dead…….
