So now the Miami Beach Police want you to tell them in advance by e-mail or post if you are planing on obeying the law, and if you do not – or they don’t read it – the will arrest you?

  2. Nemo says:

“Miami Beach police spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez, claimed to the Miami Herald that he never received prior notification, either by e-mail or regular mail, from Florida Carry of their open carry fishing event.”

When do cops lie? Every time their lips move.

  3. Dan says:

There’s NO REQUIREMENT to notify the badgemonkeys when you intend to engage in an activity that is legal. Claiming they did not receive any email or message is IRRELEVANT and an attempt to distract the gullible from the obvious fact that Miami badgemonkeys committed felony ADW and Kidnapping.

“Ignorance of the law is no excuse”. That little idiom works both ways!

  5. Mike says:

You can bet your ass the head dick in charge read that letter and send some dick on beach patrol down to look for them with orders to call the cops as soyas he/she spotted them. The cops responding we’re told to rough em up. Now the head dick in charge is busted he’s playing dumn.

  6. Djamer says:

Same old shit. Cops break laws, PURPOSELY, then the tax payers foot the lawsuit bill. Only winners are the damn “lawyers”. Cops free of all accountability and they will still collect their same union pensions.
