Limbaugh stated that 100% chance the commie whiners will claim that he can’t make another Supreme Court pick until after Meuller has found Russian collusion. Sounds like a sure bet to me as well.

    Well, how terribly interesting. :)

    Woo hoo.
The sea levels are gonna rise from all the liberal tears/

The DNC was holding a phone call with press and committee members when the bombshell announcement came that Justice Kennedy was retiring. Reporters said that DNC members on the call were shocked and saying “Oh My God.” One can hear former DNC chairwoman Donna Brazille announcing the Kennedy news in real time and the horrified chorus of screams, gasps and DNC members saying “Oh My God.”

Now if that old bag of bones Ginsburg would just call it quits we might get somewhere! Yes the winning is feeling good but like any good high it leaves me wanting more say 6 1\2 more years of more! Wool wool!

  5. Bubba says:

Exxxxxxxxcellent. I can hear the wails of the libtards already. Whoever is nominated, I’m sure they’re the devil incarnate like BSNBC says.

  6. Roger says:

That information has certainly sent a chill down the back of the dimocrats.
The fight that will ensue when Trump nominates his next supreme court justice (NAZI for sure)
and the demonstrations will be epic.
The tears of the progressives will be a river of rage.

    • Clair says:

Don’t forget what the commies did to Bork. They will try to destroy this next nominee. We have to yell them down with every voice we have.

Liberals are not voters that think differently.

  8. Elmo says:

    WINNING! It never gets old.
Time for a few 2A cases to finally make it to the court, Peruta in particular.

  9. Mike says:

    Heads will fucking explode!

  10. Rob says:

I dunno, I’m actually a little nervous. Does anyone actually think the Senate Republicans won’t fuck this up? We have 50 votes, plus what’s left of John McCain. We’ll get zero Dem votes, forcing McConnell to go nuclear, thus putting us at the mercy of Trump-haters Flake, Collins, and Corker, who will find a way to find any candidate “too extreme.” The result will be a replay of 30 years ago, where the candidates get whittled down to a squishy Kennedy/Souter clone. The Republicans are scared to death of Roe actually being overturned. I hope I’m wrong, but that’s how I see it playing out.

    • Clair says:

I don’t want to see Roe overturned. If that happens we will be kneedeep in niglets in five years.

    • crazyeighter says:

Don’t sweat Roe v. Wade; I don’t think there’s a challenge case in the pipeline. SCOTUS doesn’t just pick up a case and rule on it; and they only answer the questions put before it.

I don’t even think the Dredd Scott case has been reviewed/overturned.

I dont know if I can take any more winning

  12. Nemo says:

Schumer is calling for the “Biden Rule” i.e. no nomination before the 2018 election. Guess he’s thinking the R’s are going to lose the majority this Nov. He’s really gonna shit when the D’s go further in the hole.

    • Clair says:

The way the old-fashion dems and indies are coming to trump, if the commies cheat the vote in November, we need to burn down every polling place and demand a new vote. On paper, counted while we wait. Then get our thumb inked. Or both thumbs.

  13. Satan, Lord of the Infernal Regions and Prince of Darkness; spoke to gathered reporters “I await the confirmation hearing in the U.S. Senate with complete confidence. Especially with those on the Democrat side of the chamber. With whom I hold enforceable contracts signed in blood. “

    • Ermaghawd, That is good stuff, right there! (except, in order to believe in Satan, doesn’t one have to believe in God? can Ms. Waters, for example, even negotiate a contract with a Power representing that which she disbelieves, even as she worships it?)

  14. Richard Watson says:

Liberals haven’t been this mad about SCOTUS since a black man got appointed.

  15. CC says:

I’d like to see the left get beat back like the muzzies did after the crusades – and not be heard from for centuries.

  16. bob says:

    please,please,please, nominate another Scalia.

  17. Ed243 says:

    Schadenboner for me.

  18. idaho bob says:

The poor, whiny libtards, need their teddy bears and hot chocolate!

  19. Towser says:

Let’s not forget – Ronald Reagan appointed Kennedy. There is little if any guarantee anyone appointed will side with liberty. Even Scalia was quite the statist – hell they all are at heart.
