The pussification of France is nearly complete

(Bloomberg) — In the land of boeuf bourguignon and steak-frites, eating meat is turning controversial. Even selling it is becoming dangerous.

The vegan and animal welfare wave hasn’t spared France, where butchers and slaughterhouses are increasingly coming under attack. The French butchers’ lobby this week sought police protection after vegan activists stoned a butcher’s shop on Sunday. This followed incidents in April when some meat-selling shops were doused in fake blood.

“French consumers are finally waking up, decades after everybody else,” said Geoffroy Le Guilcher, author of a book on slaughterhouses and the publisher of another on animal rights activism. “A new generation of activists is making people realize that even in the land of meat, there is very little that makes the case for having it.”

    Go ahead, you assholes. Invade a halal slaughterhouse. I’m sure you have plenty of those in France. If you survive the wrath of people who make their living cutting throats then your own government will arrest and prosecute you for hate crimes.

      Absolutely true but not fully explicit, so allow me to elaborate. Plenty of decent, non-violent people make their living cutting throats. Christians use a bolt gun to stun, then cut and drain while unconscious, in a clean and sanitary environment. Jews use a special cutting technique that quickly dispatches the animal and drains it without causing any pain, in a clean and sanitary environment. (If the animal shows any signs of pain, it is deemed not kosher.) Decent, humane, healthy methods of making meat.

      But muslims intentionally cause unnecessary pain and horror, as part of the halal slaughter procedure. They cut into the animals while conscious, in full view of the other animals awaiting slaughter, and in ways that gratuitously cause the blood to spray everywhere. The resultant suffering is atrocious and their slaughterhouses are disgusting; they only pass inspection because muslim supremacists threaten to scream islamophobia bullshit if they are held to normal standards of sanitation and decency.

    I call this the fish jumping into the boat. When people voluntarily make themselves weaker while our enemies are working on getting stronger. A couple things have given me hope lately, though. One has been going to the range seeing lots of families learning to shoot. The other was going to a local pro rodeo. No veggies there, male or female. Just proud men and beautiful women.
