If I remember correctly, the site I got this from said it was taken in Washington State in the early 1900s.

    Modern history, likes to leave this information out of the books.
    Both the Hiada and Tlingit natives of Alaska were cannibals. So when you see a totem pole, remember those folks that carve them, were people eaters.

      An ex of mine was 1/4 Tlingit. Spent her childhood in Sitka, AK. She never mentioned that part.
