Somebody oughta be shot

NEW YORK (AP) — A pair of beagle mixes are on the mend after authorities say someone threw them out of a moving vehicle on a snowy New York highway. The dogs were rescued by a passing trucker, but one was so badly mangled that a front leg had to be amputated.

New York State Police on Saturday asked for the public’s help in finding the suspect or suspects in the incident Wednesday morning on Interstate 81 near Whitney Point, about 16 miles (26 kilometers) north of Binghamton. So far, they said, they have no leads.

Only after a minimum of 2 days of painful torture.

Shot? No! The perpetrator(s) should be thrown from a moving car. Punishment should be equal to the crime so he /she / they can feel the terror and pain inflicted on those dogs. Prairie justice.

We got a beagle a long time ago from a family that had to get rid of because two neighbor boys elementary school age (probably 6-10) would throw rocks at her when she was in her kennel that were the size of half bricks when she went her dog house to get away they would tease her to get her out of the house they would continue the the barrage. She would climb a chain link fence to get at them. Rather than risk a lawsuit the owner decided to get rid of the dog so we got her. Later on these same two boy pushed a girl off her bike and broke her shoulder. She never did like little boys (no Wonder). When my cousin showed up with his son a couple of years later she could not be left alone around him. Too bad she was a good dog otherwise.

It should take at least a week for the lousy bastards to die.

Well, beagles will do that to you, but still no excuse.

My dog, a purebred Cane Corso, was tossed out of a car. Someone paid huge amounts for him, and then didn’t chip him or give him heartworm preventative. Now he’s a healthy bundle of energy, but he was skin and bones and barely recovered from the treatment when we got him.

Some people… shouldn’t be trusted with animals or kids.
