I’m surprised they didn’t blame it on a Trump supporter

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — The husband and stepdaughter of Jacquelyn Smith, the woman killed after her husband said she was murdered while giving out money to a panhandler from her car window, have been arrested for her death, police said Sunday in a press conference.

Mayor Pugh released a statement Sunday saying the City and BPD have learned Jacquelyn Smith was killed by family members, in a “staged brutal killing.”

Nah. You don’t have the right spin on this, wirecutter. The correct way of framing this is to blame the murder on the “atmosphere engendered by the Trump White House”.

It’s catchy, and it fits all situations.

“Only in Trump’s America could this happen!”

You know, I’m a little sad that I (we, maybe) automatically think like this now. I used to not be this way. But the progressives, race baiters, and social justice types have got me trained up nicely. Unfortunately the result of that training is the opposite of what they wanted.
