None of the employees noticed?

According to New Orleans police a man walked into the Waffle House on the 2900 block of Elysian Fields Avenue around 8p.

Then 26-year-old Tryone Hamburg of New Orleans put on the iconic Waffle House uniform and started taking orders and prepairing food. Only thing is he isn’t an employee of Waffle House.

“Well – you see your Honor, I was waiting for my breakfast order to come to the table, but the waitresses were ‘In The Weeds’, so I thought I would pitch in and do my part.”

Sure they noticed. They just didn’t care — it’s Waffle House.

Just curious, but what does “prepair” mean? And….the perp doesn’t look much like a Hamburg either.

Is that pronounced *tri own” or “try one” or “throat warbler mangrove”?

A friend was wearing an embroidered cap that said “Turone” on the front.
    MC: What’s that mean?
Friend: Oh, I got that in Korea at this shop where they do custom monogramming.
    MC: But what’s “Turone”?
Friend: I dunno, but it was in a markdown bin full of errors: I had this mental picture of some black guy putting in the order, coming by to pick up his hat, getting all pissed off and shouting, “My name ain’t TU-rone, it’s TY-rone!” So of course I had to buy it.
