We cannot coexist with these people

Watching Laura Ingraham’s show last night made me realize not only is there no voting our way out of this mess, we simply cannot coexist with the lunatic left in this nation any longer.

Laura’s segment with Dan Bongino and a radical Democrat strategist (Marguerite SomethingOrAnother) highlighted just how crazy the left has become, specifically in the wake of the Mueller report’s complete exoneration of the President on the made up charges of collusion and obstruction of justice. The strategist didn’t want to hear anything about President Trump’s innocence and continued to insist that not only was he guilty on all charges, but that he is an agent of Russia and a criminal. Bongino wiped the floor with her, citing fact after fact proving Trump’s innocence, to no avail. She like many on the left simply cannot be bothered to examine the facts.

The show was emblematic of how the left has treated the rest of the country over the last two years. The President is guilty, facts be damned, and anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot. Not only are they continuing to not accept the results of the 2016 Presidential election, the past 48 hours have shown they are not willing to accept the results of the Mueller report’s 100% exoneration of the President.

This situation is simply unsustainable and I believe similar to what Aesop, Bracken and CA have all written recently will result in the left pushing us into a hot civil war in the very near future. The left will continue to import illegals into this country, give them drivers licenses, and allow them to vote. There is no voting our way out of this mess.

I give it less than six months for a hot civil war to kick off. I don’t know what the trigger event will be, but whether it is the actual impeachment of the President or another James Hodgkinson-type attack from a leftist lunatic I believe that event will happen in the very near future. And it will be triggered by the leftists in this country who are bent on turning the USA into what Bracken has termed “Calizuela”. If you have not read Matt’s excellent essay on this topic at American Partisan I strongly encourage you to do so. Matt is right, I currently live in a blue county in “Calizuela” and the state has turned into a shithole in less than one generation.

I am 55 years old later this year, too old to fight, but I’d rather it be me fighting than my children who are in their early 20s. They don’t deserve the kind of hell on earth the leftist loons are pushing us to the very brink of. Buckle up, Patriots, I’m telling you Aesop, Bracken and Kurt Schlichter are all correct, we are a very short time away from a hot civil war kicking off in this country. May God help us all.

I am also 55 years old later this year and will never be too old to fight . Even if all I do is sit on the porch and watch

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Samuel_Whittemore

if Samuel wasn’t too old, you ain’t to old.

“On April 19, 1775, British forces were returning to Boston from the Battles of Lexington and Concord, the opening engagements of the war. On their march, they were continually shot at by colonial militiamen.

Whittemore was in his fields when he spotted an approaching British relief brigade under Earl Percy, sent to assist the retreat. Whittemore loaded his musket and ambushed the British Grenadiers of the 47th Regiment of Foot from behind a nearby stone wall, killing one soldier. He then drew his dueling pistols, killed a second grenadier and mortally wounded a third. By the time Whittemore had fired his third shot, a British detachment had reached his position; Whittemore drew his sword and attacked.[7] He was subsequently shot in the face, bayoneted numerous times, and left for dead in a pool of blood. He was found by colonial forces, trying to load his musket to resume the fight. He was taken to Dr. Cotton Tufts of Medford, who perceived no hope for his survival. However, Whittemore recovered and lived another 18 years until dying of natural causes at the age of 96.”

I only hope, when the time comes, to be half as battle-ready as Samuel Whittemore.

As another conservative in what was a not long ago a bright red county in California I agree, don’t know about the six months but I have to believe it is coming, and not just to CA.

  3. DanB says:

Nope. Not “too old to fight”. If it comes down to it, none of us are too old.

There is a story with picture, I don’t have time to look it up, of an 80-year old man in the Revolutionary War who was shot, bayoneted, beat and left for dead. He killed some(?) of those who tried to kill him!

There is a strategy of a defense situation where the “old” men are placed out front – in the listening posts. They aren’t expected to put up much of a fight, but they are prepared to give advance notice of the enemy approach. And maybe stop a few of them.

    Not! Too! Old! To! Fight!

Thanks for all the good comments everyone. Sounds like a lot of folks out there are thinking similarly. I’m encouraged by the two comments from the liberal Bay Area and the college town about people waking up. That’s a start.

  7. Crawfisher says:

I turned 60 last year, recently started buying guns and ammo, first time in my life I have owned a gun, now several guns. The ANTIFA, the failure of elected leadership, the failure to enforce our laws, the ordering of police to stand down, and the free stuff army, convinced me there will be a violent 2nd internal to the USA war. When it occurs I have no idea, but it will start on the left, be fought in the streets, and end on the Right. Saddens me the Democratic / Socialist left have turned violent.

    • Wirecutter says:

      Welcome to the club, sir.
Stock up on ammo, too, serious ammo. At least a couple thousand rounds, stuff you will never touch until The Time Comes.

If you are stocking up for the apocalypse or CivWar/RevWar 2, don’t forget lots of salt, including pickling, rock and kosher salt, sugar and spices.

Lots of preppers remember salt, but sugar and spices are a needful thing in order to make bland or weird food taste good.

Plus, 3 months after breakdown, salt sugar and spices will all be great bartering items, if you have lots of extras.

  8. Bill says:

I will be 58 in less than 6 months and “Still have it”. Maybe not like when I was 19 and an Airborne Infantryman, but still can hike and shoot like the third monkey trying to get on the Ark. Trust me, I would just as soon get it out of the way once and for all as the differences are irreconcilable or see the country split up but this crap has got to stop. The things the left pushes for are “Out there” at best and have nothing to do with the way this country was founded on or how the constitution (a dirty word for the left, BTW) was framed. They had best watch for what they wish for as it most likely WILL NOT go good for them and Hollyweird.

  9. 15Fixer says:

No sane person ever wants a war, but it is the sane people who will win it…….

  10. Gumbodunker says:

Sad as it is, the left has boxed itself in, their narrative no longer holds any water. They have been overreaching for the past 30 years. Their sycophants will soon implode because it’s not working, there will be violence against innocents, they will step over the line. Arm up!

  11. James says:

William, too old to fight at 55,come on!Even if to a large degree immobile due to injury/illness if you can type on a keyboard you can fight,in fact, the keyboard is just one of many weapons one can fight with. You need help shooting, use a bipod/shooting stick/windowsill ect.,would rather back from window a distance with good rest but do what you have to,you can fight. Not every one is mentally/physically capable of being the tip of the spear, but, you can be a person thru actions that give it the support it needs to do the job.In a war can be cooking/med care/info./dis-info/,heck a very long list so please do not sell yourself out short if things go very wrong in this country to a violent degree, all citizens can if they want fight, just many different ways to carry the fight.

  12. Mickey says:

I don’t know what it will look like, or when it will happen, or how it will start. I do know this: I live in the heart of the beast, the SF Bay Area, and even here people are starting to get pissed. Not the elites or the SJWs or the tech people mind you, but the people that actually do the stuff that keeps this place going. The working class, the tradesmen, truck drivers, house wives, secretaries, even the local cops. I continue to overhear and engage with non-political sportsball types who are fed up with taxes, regulation, homelessness, crime, filth, illegals, “trans” kids…the list goes on. The silent majority is awakening, and they aren’t happy with the way things are.

When I wear hats or shirts that are pro-Trump, pro-gun, really just pro anything America, I get waves and positive comments. The feedback I get when wearing my MAGA camo hat on top of a patriotic Gruntstyle shirt has been overwhelmingly positive. The looks I get from the other side are priceless. It’s like I’m dragging around a bag of dead puppies.

The insanity of the left is a beautiful thing. It is doing more to unmask the true goals of the Progressive Agenda than 100 Levins or Hannitys or Rushs Et al could ever do.

People have been asking me about conservative politics, guns, prepping, and other topics that I would never have imagined would be candidly and enthusiastically discussed around these parts. If I’m seeing it here behind enemy lines, I can only imagine the anger and frustration being felt in Free America.

I don’t know if we’ll be shooting each other in 6 months, but somethings gotta give.

    • Mike_C says:

“People have been asking me about conservative politics, guns, prepping, and other topics that I would never have imagined would be candidly and enthusiastically discussed around these parts.”

Same for me in my liberal college hometown.

“The silent majority is awakening, and they aren’t happy with the way things are.”

Yes, this includes people who are lifelong liberals and up until recently considered themselves progressive.

” I continue to overhear and engage with non-political sportsball types…”
Good on you. Maybe TINVOWOOT for real, but I’m not aboard with the “burn it all down” types. Accordingly, I do the same, for whatever it’s worth.

I don’t know if we will be shooting in 6 months, but I think we probably will be no later than nov of 2020. I live in Madera, south of the sf bay area. We have so many illegals here that I don’t know if we stand a chance when the shooting starts. I am 67 and will not put up with this shit much longer.

Fred, If you have to fall back come on up to O’neals area. Me and the neighbors have been talking about this for a while. Just between me and the adjoining neighbors we have well over a thousand acres of hilly grazing land and a few creeks. Lots of room to move, shoot, and communicate.

Plant Foogas and punji sticks and I can get Caltrops to act as mines. i have weapons and rounds these SOB’s want a war they are going to get one. I think it will start when Antifa attacks a Trump rally and it will escalate from there. They did it without weapons last time and they are more pissed off now than in 2016. Since they did not stop him last time they almost have to escalate the conflict now they backed themselves into a corner.

i think it will hold off until the 2020 election of trump. the nutjobs still think they have a chance to steal the election and restart their agenda. they are mistaken and they will not be able to handle it rationally…but what i have come to realize is that we can’t fight them, not in traditional honorable combat. but we don’t have too. the joy is that all we have to do is stop doing what we do every day. stop delivering the food, stop treating their water and sewage, stop running their electric grid, just stop doing our jobs. they’ll die off by the millions in a month. not a shot fired. not a patriot lost. warfare at its purest. think about it…..

    • Bacon says:

I agree with Riverrider. There will certainly be shots fired and Patriots lost, but hopefully not in such large numbers.

  17. Valkin. a says:

Fox news just interviewed Swawell from Commiefornia. He is another one that is completely unhinged . INSISTS! that Trump is a Russian agent. There is no longer any reasoning with these people.

    • waitingForTheStorm says:

I saw that interview. Martha McCallum mentioned the dossier and his response was that there is nothing in the dossier that has been disproved. She challenged him and he doubled down. Her response, with a look of incredulous disbelief: “Really?” That guy is a certifiable idiot. A low even for him.

      • Gator says:

I don’t believe most of them are actually that stupid. Anyone with a room temperature IQ knows the near impossibility of proving a negative. I have no way of ‘proving’ tha I am not a Russian agent, or that I didn’t pay any hookers to pee on me. The idea that every fallacious accusation made in that dossier can be ‘disproven’ is obviously stupid, because logic. Most of these people know that. I just don’t think they comprehend what it is they are risking unleashing on themselves.

Like most of you, I’m not an internet commando, I don’t want it to escalate to the point of violence. Plenty of people claim to just be waiting for the right moment to go out and start picking these people off. Most of them I figure are full of shit, but not all of them are. Even just a handful of capable and motivated people could bring this country to its knees. 50 Chris dorners spread out across a couple dozen major cities would be all it would take. It’s s dangerous game they are playing.

Make a Leftists life miserable! Sign them up as a member of the NRA. An application and a money order works well. Donate to Trump 2020 the same way! Take the bingo card out of Field and Stream, put their name/address on it and check “bill me”. In fact do the latter dozens of times, various magazines.

What do you think will happen when their friends come over and see what they are subscribing to? Most States have a list of who you’ve donated to. Huge effort to cancel things, correct their reputation but for their friends there will always be doubt.

Not sure this is legal. But it sure is fun to see the effects!

Not that I’m admitting to anything…

I’m 61. I guess I’ve been blessed but I’m in the gym most every morning between 5:30 and 6:00. Still benching 365, bent over rows with 225. The squats have suffered do the arthritis in the knees. Trying to talk my self into one more big push. At any rate I’m good to go.
The Left must be eradicated. The Republic will not survive otherwise.

  20. Gilroy says:

While back a friend mentioned he recently sold his last AR, when I asked if that was a wise move he said he’d kept ammo and magazines “just in case”, but a hip replacement put him in the “mobility challenged’ arena, and he decided building a distance bolt rifle was the answer. “I can’t run through the woods with the young guys anymore, but I can do my part to mantain a positive exchange rate from 600-800 meters.”

    Improvise, Adapt, Overcome.

    • SWRichmond says:

This. There is “fighting” and there is “eliminating targets.” Why fire many shots close up while running and being shot at when you can shoot just one from far away? You’ll never get close to high value targets anyway.

      Mind the drones.

  25. rayvet says:

At 54 but still physically active I don’t consider myself too old to put up a fight and make life very difficult, if not end it, for those that try to change our way of life. I’m also getting the attitude you hear about with not fucking with old people. We’ve got nothing to lose. That’s kind of the way I’m feeling. If I die defending the principles of this country it certainly wouldn’t be in vane. I think there are many like me. I do believe the left is not capable of holding out long in a fight. They’d be too worried about having to go get a Latte or a mani/pedi so the skirmish wouldn’t last long.

  26. Jeremy says:

My first supervisor in the military retired in 1981 at the age of 61. He was the oldest retiree called back to active duty for Enduring Freedom. No, he did not carry a rifle in to battle, but he performed a very important task that saved many lives in Afghanistan. If he had been called to march in to battle I am confident he would have gone, such is love of country and family in men like him. My oldest brother is a spry 75. He stays physically fit and is ready to roll. My health may not match his, but I can shoot straight and regularly practice long range skills.

  27. Skip says:

At 75 I got nothing to lose. 2k rounds each in 8 calibers. I live in a gated condo with the majority of like minded folks and they all are packin’. We and most of the folks in this Cencal town are prepped and pissed. We got nurses, military, leo, store owners, druggists, all ready to do whatever it takes to keep what we have. If that means from the rooftops or 500yds down the road we have our backs covered..
Me and mine might will not go easy. And that includes a stack of assholes wanting to confiscate.

  28. Crustyrusty says:

55 and I can still hit reliably out to 500 with irons. I’m not fit by any means but I can still pull and squat 325, while the millennial in the house can’t even pick 200 up off the floor. Don’t discount yourself, brother.

  30. Towser says:

Bracken in the opening of “Enemies, Foreign and Domestic” describes a plausible scenario. As I think back on it, while he did not come right out and say it in so many words, he was saying what I recently said: the left wants a civil war and they are doing all they can to start one. If NZ played out here, it may have served as a trigger. They’ve tried it before – Sandy Hook, Las Vegas, Parkland. The missing element rests in Congress and possibly the Presidency – though I think Trump may well sign this nation’s death warrant. As Chuck Baldwin recently wrote – he would certainly sign the current Red Flag legislation. I’d see that alone as an act of war. My link leads to an essay I recently published on why the Left is trying to push this nation into a civil war. While unworthy of this blog, some may find an interesting thought or two.

    • WestcoastDeplorable says:

I like what you wrote as I just read the entire piece. I’m hoping Pres Trump will now assume his full role as our leader. A good start would be to brand the entire Mueller investigation and all resulting pleadings “fruit of the poison tree” as when it occurs in a court case where LEO didn’t get a warrant for crucial evidence. The truth is that a special prosecutor was only felt to be required due to opposition research paid for by the opposing party (the dossier); the need was based on a lie.
Let the other side blow a gasket, and time it so when they do, the inspector general’s report will be out and we can finally bring Hitlery and her team to justice. Maybe Oblunder too. They will absolutely go apeshit, but we’ll be ready. Speaking hypothetically of course.

      • Towser says:

Thank you. I don’t see a political solution in our future. At some point politics will be shed, not to resume until the smoke clears. My entire point is this appears to be what the globalists are pushing. They’ve destroyed the republic or nearly so. The upcoming drive to election by popular vote will finish the job. By definition, election by popular vote is a true democracy not a republic. They’ve blurred the lines for decades until few understand the difference.

  31. .45ACP+P says:

Another way to look at “old” is having little left to lose. I have the skills, I have the ammo. I have the will. I do not have to believe in seeing the end any longer. Be careful what you start, you may not care for what you unleash. At 60+, I still want to be Samuel Whittemore when I grow up.

When the time comes fighting won’t be a problem for me. Don’t underestimate an old man that has worked with his hands all his life and has the scars that come with proving his mettle.

  33. Mike says:

I was a Marine in Afghanistan at age 56. No longer a ‘door kicker’, but still doing field work. I carried an M-9 and an M-4 Carbine. I am now retired but still able to haul a 61 pound pack, rifle and ammo.
We need to be wary of foreign nations forces near us who will rush into the gaps caused by a shooting civil war in the US….note the Russian presence in Venezuela.

  34. pigpen51 says:

Just had to add my .02 cents. I love this country, and I truly hate the idea of another shooting civil war. Coming up on the age of 59, I am surprisingly physically able for someone on disability. My disability is due to chronic daily migraine headaches. I did break my back when I was 20, and it comes back to bother me, but I deal with it as best I can. But in a shooting war, I figure if I have blood in my veins, I have a responsibility to my family and my nation, to attempt to preserve the constitution.
Of course, we all wish that it would not come to this. Sadly, I think we all can see the direction that things are going. Patriot Nurse is a great resource and I have been following her for awhile now. She is intelligent, and well spoken. When she comes out and tells that she thinks it is too late to vote our way out, I pay attention.
The wisest thing a patriot can do now is stockpile resources and defenses. Don’t concentrate only on guns and ammo at the expense of other preps. Balance is your number one goal.

  35. Sanders says:

You’re never too old to fight. Fighting isn’t always running and gunning. It is making sure troops are fed. It is gathering intel and passing it on to folks who can use it. It is bandaging wounds and providing comfort for the wounded. It is hiding guerillas, their food, their ammo and/or weapons. It is monkeywrenching the enemy’s logistiical support. It is listening to a radio or relaying messages.

You are never too old, nor are you too sick or crippled.

A couple of my ancestors, brothers from Scotland, were Quakers during the Revolutionary War. They did not believe in killing their fellow man, but that didn’t stop them from participating in the festivities. They were blockade runners and ran supplies to the Continental Army through the British shipping blockade.

  36. jerry glazener says:

I’m a soon to be 75 yr old Marine Vietnam combat vet and I keep myself in shape, my powder dry, my mil skills sharp, and all the equipment I need to stand. Don’t even begin to tell me “I’m too old!”…. I will take you down in a heartbeat. I just haven’t quite figured out how the milk-toast, mealy-mouthed, tree hugging, electric car driving, God-hating, baby-killing, lying leftists, and socialist pacifists, can even imagine how they could come against the rest of us…even IF we were out-numbered…and have a chance of surviving such a stupid mistake of taking us on!
However, that said, we CAN co-exist with these people…as long as do it our way!

Semper Fi…..til the day I die!

  37. Jersey Guy says:

I’m 84 and in pretty good shape for my age, or so I’m told. I have recently gotten back to the local wellness center to exercise. It’s slow going but I hope to get into better shape for many reasons, the possible coming civil war just one of them. I have 4 children, 6 grandchildren and as of 2 weeks ago, 5 great grand children, so I have many reasons to want to end the current slide into socialism, marxism being pushed by the insane left. For quite some time, I believed the only way to really achieve that goal was thru a new civil war that would ‘remove’ the extreme leftists trying to destroy our Republic. But after thinking about what that could bring, I’m not so sure. A new civil war could result in not thousands, not even hundreds of thousands, but possibly tens of millions of dead Americans, not all of them the leftists we want to get rid of. The devastation might be so terrible that our Republic could be crippled for years, maybe generations. I’m not saying our Republic is not worth fighting and dying for. Like many, I’m ready to do that if necessary. It’s just that there could be better way. The greatest power in the universe is available and right at our fingertips. Of course I talking about our Lord, thru him all things are possible. Would it not be worth the time and effort to organize millions of our patriotic citizens to pray to the Lord that he might intervene and change the hearts of the people on the left. Just saying.
