(Meredith) — A Florida groomer was arrested after police said he attacked a veteran’s service dog, breaking the animal’s tail so badly that it had to be amputated.

James Corell Suthann, 37, of Satellite Beach, was charged Monday with one felony count of animal cruelty. He was later released from the Brevard County Jail on $2,000 bail.
