He’s going to get away with it, just watch

The murder case against former Minneapolis police officer Mohamed Noor took a hit Friday when a judge restricted prosecutors from presenting several pieces of evidence at his upcoming trial, including the officer’s prior work performance and a psychological exam.

Noor, 33, also pleaded not guilty Friday in the July 2017 shooting death of Justine Ruszczyk Damond. His attorney, Thomas Plunkett, entered the plea on his behalf. Noor did not speak during the 30-minute hearing, and he left the proceeding without comment.

The fix is in. He will get away with it, cause he is a member of a minority and his victim was a member of an oppressive majority, aka white.

  2. Dan Patterson says:

    Also known as infection.
And yes, he’ll get away with it.

    Just another Jussie,i think.

  4. Elmo says:

His prior acts as a police officer (which indicated he should never have been allowed to become a cop in the first place) are not relevant because they could impose an ‘unfair prejudice’.

This is what happens when social justice warriors become deck-stacking judges.

    • SgtBob says:

Right. “Unfair prejudice” is also known as “facts” and “truth.” The defense gets that out of the way and then runs with racism, which means Muslims have become a race.

      • Elmo says:

I notice the judge is a woman. As were the former mayor and the former chief of police, who both celebrated the hiring of the department’s first Somali immigrant.
I’ve got nothing against women. But it’s being proven time and again that when they’re in positions of power things do not necessarily improve, especially when they have a monopoly of power.

        • Lineman says:

They never improve because they are out of order when they are in positions of Power…

  5. Glenn Leger says:

    Seems like they always do.

  6. Rcl says:

If he gets off in the court of law, and the court does not allow Justice, then we will be that much closer to family and friends making their own Justice without the courts.

    • FaCubeItches says:

In Minnesota? Not bloody likely. That community hasn’t gone after any miscreants since the James-Younger Gang hit Northfield.

  7. Aaron says:

Impale him, the judge and that fucking congresswoman.

  8. Jonathan says:

Don’t forget that this is Minnesota, where if an ordinary person deigns to defend themselves with a gun, they WILL go to jail, no matter the circumstances or the law.
Also, that means that a police officer WILL get away from murder charges.
While I have family in MN, I haven’t been there ever since I learned how messed up their laws and legal system is.

  9. C.R. says:

Of course he is going to get off , its a COP shooting a nobody. As long as Officer Noor made it back home safely at the end of the day, then its all good . And he is sitting there collecting his paid time off , some punishment ! Fuck maybe the tax payers can buy him a nice big house and a new Caddie too . Who says crime doesnt pay , you just have to belong to the right gang .

Play nice.
