Gray Man Ethics and Gun Culture

As a weapons owner in America, you are a negro living in the politically violent Democrat-dominated south at the turn of the twentieth century and that is quickly metastasizing into a variant of the Jew [Slav, homosexual, gypsy, on and on] in National Socialist Germany or a Ukrainian farmer in the 1930s USSR. You are being targeted for wishing to peacefully practice the most fundamental right in human volition, armed self defense.

The red flag laws are now allowing the badged Orcs to seize your weapons before you have committed a crime. Miss McConnell is gleefully crafting a national law that will do just that in the Grand Old Politburo dominated US Senate (an ambulatory wax museum for reanimated communists). They are, like the drug prohibition regime, a quick compromise of any existing rights one may have to be safe in your person and property from the depradations of the state.

Hmm, maybe I should tone it down on the wood chipper comments. The 3 letter agencies monitoring this and other freedom sites might think I’m a little off by suggesting such should happen accidentally to some people and the proceeds being used as fertilizer.

The article says much the same thing as I’ve said about red flag laws in the past, albeit much more eloquently.

I understand the intent of the red flag laws, although if it wasn’t for Obama’s hands off the school miscreants promulgated through his education dept. in the FL school shooting debacle, we wouldn’t even be having the discussion.

Yes, I agree nuts shouldn’t have firearms. The real problem with these laws is the secret courts that will be empaneled to review “the evidence” and the abrogation of rights under the fourth and other amendments that these laws are being designed to circumvent. As an instance on how secret courts can be abused, we need look no further than the FISA abuses by the FBI during the Russia, Russia, Russia collusion boolsheet.

Not to mention, the further proliferation of zero dark thirty swat team raids to enforce secret court orders to confiscate an otherwise law abiding citizens firearms. Said citizen, who will have no opportunity to defend himself before the court and probably won’t after the fact because he/she will be extra-judiciously executed for resisting during the raid. Just effing lovely.

Maybe I need to get a dog for the early warning capability.

Yeah, red flag is the front end.

Here’s the back end (seeing how well that indoctrination took and all, you know). Chaps my hide, it does.

“While I was forming an answer, [in an ethics class for attorneys] many lawyers immediately said they would terminate the attorney-client relationship and contact law enforcement to report their client was potentially dangerous. The only reason offered was his firearm permits.”

      That’s disturbing as hell.

        Extremely so.

My GP is old school, and a gunsmith in his spare time. Sadly, he’s retiring from practice soon. Haven’t had an opportunity (or need) to interview an attorney, and I don’t look forward to the task. Need to move out of the red pocket in a blue state. Getting squoze here.
