Federal judges are standing by with injunctions to block any such action at the ready….

Our New York Democrat is running out the clock. He’s accomplished nothing on immigration. We’re still in Iraq and Afghanistan and over a hundred other countries, he banned bump stocks by executive fiat and if the suppressor ban passes, he will sign it. He’s not our friend, he has simply bought you time. Have you used it wisely? Most likely not, but you had your chance. We’re not voting our way out, those days are long gone. Me, I am hoping the biggest communist wins next year. Time to rip off the band aid, like it or not it’s coming. The question is simple, how are you going out?

He just signed The Taxpayer First Act including Collins’ RESPECT Act. Its a nice blow to civil asset forfeiture and the IRS. You take what you can get.

You sure do talk big and trying to get people to due things, you sound like an under cover cop trying to get people busted what are you going to do about it all. You do talk a so-so game so get off your ass and do something or shut up.

Ok, ya here illegal, so wha box ya gonna check?
Right, all of a sudden you what to do the right thing and check “NO’ on a form with your address on it………….

Between facial recognition, ALPR systems, and failing to answer a citizenship question on the census, all makes for a pretty good starting list for deportations. If they check yes and they are illegal, they just perjured themselves. It shouldn’t be too hard to get access to DMV records, who doesn’t have a SSN, or is here on an expired visa.

If tracking systems are good enough to use on Americans, they are good to use on Illegals.

All I have ever heard about the Census in the past is how almost all Latinos dodge it like the plague, no matter if they are legal or not.

It’s probably Anglos who are spreading the word about how the Federal Census robs Mexicans of their soul. And it gets Squatamalans even worse.

Overturned by Hawaiian judge in 3… 2… 1…

  5. Tom MacGyver says:

Illegals start breaking the law as soon as they enter the country. Beyond that it’s welfare fraud, identity theft, voting illegally… Does ANYONE think, for one minute, that these same people will look at that “Are you a U.S. citizen?” question and NOT answer “YES?”

This is theater for the fat, dumb, and happy…

    • FaCubeItches says:

Well, I mean, criminals and crazy people are expected to self-identify as such on firearms purchase forms, so why wouldn’t illegal aliens also tell the truth?

      • Butch says:

Criminals, crazies and wetbacks buy guns out of trunks. They don’t have to show any ID or pass any background tests.

  6. sunny says:

This is stupid. Why is he going to such lengths to get a question on there that no one who is illegal will answer honestly?

And this is not something that is under an executive order’s jurisdiction. How stupid is he, really? If this sort of thing stands, like the bump stock ban, then the next commie prez can do this sort of thing regarding guns or anything else.

But no judge has the authority to tell a sitting president what he can and can’t do. That is asinine.

    • Nemo says:

This isn’t about having census responders self identify whether they’re citizens or not, it’s about trapping the Demonrats and Demonrat judge appointees into further identifying how pro illegal alien and anti-citizen and anti-U.S. they really are. He’ll also use it against them next year during the real campaign after the Demonrats select another Trump victim. Think 64D chess! …and the Dim’s lose AGAIN!

      • WestcoastDeplorable says:

Lots of illegals may be deported if they answer the question incorrectly. Last census one of their field workers incessantly nagged us to participate in a “health questionnaire”. I don’t mean just sending flyers through the mail, or calling, I mean pounding on our door. She showed up at least 3 times….the last time I told her she was trespassing and I would call the cops if she didn’t beat it!
This question needs to be on the census, otherwise we can’t correctly apportion the right number of CON-gress members for the district. It’s actually part of the Constitution.

    • ChuckN says:

I don’t think this is about the question, though it doesn’t hurt any. Instead this is one of the first times the Pres. have openly told a court to pound sand. A lot of the judiciary know (or should know) that in the past 2 years alone they have done enough that 100 years ago would have resulted in tar and feathers if not exile or lynch mob. I believe the Pres. sees this as an easy win and a good way to charge to base up and rally against court overreach.

I seeti-zen, seenyore! I even haff a voter aye-dee card and vote in eeevery eeelection for the deemocrats!

  9. TC says:

This kind of meaningless political theater is painful to watch. Is anyone who voted for Trump in 2016 and has been fucked over for 2.5 years going to see this and think “Yeah, Trump’s our guy!?!?”

  10. Tsquared says:

The question was on the last couple of census. How did it get removed?

    • Heathen says:

The Magic Negro had it removed from the census; prior to that it had been routinely asked there.
Look at some of the data used by genealogists to compile family histories. I saw the copy that showed my maternal Great-grandfather immigrated from Bavaria in the late 1800’s.

  11. DW says:

A census two or three back the long form census was being discussed on local radio. What it all boiled down to was the only question that was required by law (or Constitution) to answer was “how many people live here?”. That the only question I’ve ever answered since. YMMV

  12. just sayin says:

l’m still laughing at how Israel citizens no longer need a visa to enter the united states, you cannot keep them out, BUT, Israel reserves the right to deny entry to Israel by any united states citizen for what ever reason it see’s fit. Now we know who OWN’S the United States, and it isn’t the people who LIVE THERE!!
how many billions a year are y’all paying to be PWNED!!

ready for the tirade of ” maaaaw, he mentioned the Benjamins again…”
